Working Principle
The working principle of the ceramsite sand rotary kiln is to evenly distribute the material in the cylinder and gradually move it forward through the rotation of the rotary cylinder. Under high temperature (950℃~1050℃), the material is fully in contact with the hot air flow to complete the calcination process. The calcined material is discharged from the kiln tail and becomes a finished product after cooling. During the whole process, the temperature, rotation speed and material conveying speed can be accurately adjusted through the automatic control system to ensure product quality and production efficiency
